Leann’s Thoughts
A gentle and compassionate book on kindness to help transform your life. Shahroo Izadi’s voice is very clear and soothing throughout this book. Her examples from her professional life and the way she non-judgementally speaks of her life show that she walks her talk.
Her premise is that by changing our habits, we can become kinder and I couldn’t agree more. I love how she has everything mapped out in the book so that you’re not relying on willpower.
She gives the reader permission to be kind to ourselves and be gentle with ourselves as we’re in the process of changing a habit.
A great read if you feel like you’ve been too hard on yourself and it’s time for a change.
